Empowering Others

Fostering Opportunities in Recovery, Workforce Access, Reentry, and Development

The FORWARD Initiative is a community-driven recovery-to-work pipeline connecting housing, recovery support, workforce development, and reentry services for individuals rebuilding their lives after substance use and justice system involvement. Through a structured, phased model of care, participants gain the support, skills, and opportunities needed to achieve long-term recovery, stable employment, and independent living.

The FORWARD Initiative is a project of We Do Recover Inc. The nonprofit is currently working to secure grant and private funding to bring this vision to life and expand recovery resources within the community.
